A lot of questions

Hi,
We just bought the Agent Press theme and are working towards getting it to look like the demo you have on the site here. Could you take a look and direct me as to where I can find the answers to these questions? http://www.missionbeachfrontrentals.com

1) How do I get the Featured Content Slider Gallery on the HOME page to look like your demo?
2) How do I get rid of the Starbucks drinking agent?
Note: This does not appear in my widgets nor does the one I attempted to add for Shirley.
3) How do I get rid of the Blogroll on the HOME page?
4) How do I move the Categories and Archives to the far right.

5) I'd like to get the 4 featured properties on the Home page like it is in the Demo. I looked around for over an hour and have not located that information yet.
