Thumbnails not appearing on homepage

Hi.

I'm currently working on this site:
http://www.bluewingvacations.com/

I can't get the thumbnails to show up on the homepage. I have set the
"thumb" field and tried:

1) Uploading an image as suggested in the tutorial
2) Changing the URL to not use the full path, but everything after /wp-content/
3) Uploading the thumb via FTP to that domain and using the absolute URL to it.

Nothing I do seems to be working. Any ideas?

P.S.-
I've used this theme in the past and never had this problem before.
(may have been a different version though).
