Moved 'eNews and updates', but have another question

I just realized there's no 'title bar' in the top affiliate box. There's the green title bar for eNews and updates. How do I get this in the affiliate box? I want to name it 'The Simple Golf Swing.'

Also, I noticed that some of the text in the green bars have white text, like 'Pages' (which is what I want), and some have lavender text, like 'eNews and updates'. Where do I change it to make everything the same (all white text)?
