Eliminating Border Aroung Images On Home Page

Hello. I uploaded an image for the header and it works fine except for this blue border. If I remove the hyperlink, it goes away. I have looked through the style sheet and cannot figure out how to get rid of this blue border without removing the hyperlink. Any ideas?
