Default Creating "friendly" tables in WP

I want to have one of my pages appear similar to this one - http://flatfeerealty.com/compare

Specifically, I want to be able to update the list via an excel spreadsheet (if possible) yet use this type of format to present it to my customers. I also want to use similar images for the check mark, x mark, as well a vendor logo to sit in the far right hand column.

Any tips?
