Header Issues...

Hi, I've tried searching the forum and can't seem to find a correction...

I've uploaded a header and have two issues. First, it seems to want to repeat itself, even though the width is set to 960px. Secondly, I can't seem to get the navbar to push down to display all of the header image. I've tried changing the overflow: part of the CSS, but that's not doing what I want it to. Can someone please help me? Thanks!
