Agent 3.0 verses Agent Press Theme?

Default Agent 3.0 verses Agent Press Theme?
I purchased the full StudioPress Pro Plus All-Theme Package which I thought included All-Themes from StudioPress? I want to use the Agent Press Real Estate Theme. I was presented with a downloaded page with all the themes and so I installed Agent 3.0 which doesn't look exactly like the Agent Press Real Estate Theme. Within the Genesis section of the admin I have an option to purchase a theme and can see the Agent Press Real Estate Theme, but how do I install this theme I thought I was installing with Agent 3.0?
