Upgrading account

Hello.
Two months ago I purchased the Pro Plus All-Theme package. I now want to start using some of the themes but when I install I get a message saying that some of the themes are broken. I also want to access some of the newer themes like Serenity and Family Tree but they dont appear under the list of themes in my package. I just need all the themes to work and to be able to access the newer themes. Please advise.
