Social Bookmarks Question

Ok, I am new to the world of social bookmarking. I am using this new Streamline theme and would like to know how or where to get the code needed for the social bookmarks in the footer? Do I need to set-up an account with each of these to get the code or is there a generic code/http address that I need to add to each of these for people to be able to bookmark my site? Right now it just has a #, but I am not sure what to put there for each of these.

Also, are there certain social bookmarks (digg, technorati, delicious, etc...) that should be used for certain types of sites and others that should not? One of the sites that I am building is a furniture store site and I would like to use social bookmarking as a way to market this site more. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
