Do not have access to support forum

Hi. I have purchased the Agent Theme and I followed the directions to activate support forum by entering transaction ID. It seems that I do not have acccess to the all of the Agent Press Theme support forums - like in the Agent Classic Theme.

Please activate asap. I also wish there was a way to get support for new customers rather than in the forum when first purchase a theme, as this is extremely frustrating.
