Looking to hire someone to customize my News Theme

Hi,

I am looking for someone to customize my News theme for the following website: http://slb-life.com/

The job description includes:

Project 1:

- finalization of Dynamic Content Gallery

Project 2:

- adding an automatic thumb option for a certain category / author when submitting a post if the custom field is empty

Project 3:

- design of the website with new header and footer that looks like www.rigzone.com
- moving search bar in header of website

Project 4:

- adding "featured posts" row similar to the same website including thumb design (probably just changing the orientation of one of the area to horizontal instead of vertical using CSS)


Project 5:

- general re-design of website using css to make it more readable based on experience of developer and previous steps
