Purchase a Theme Package to Receive Access?

Hi there,

I just purchased the pro plus all theme package a few days ago and was looking to access the TV theme support forum, but it told me I needed to purchase a theme package to receive access?

I guess I'm a little confused as to what I'm suppose to do to gain access to the forum since I purchased the theme package already?

Sorry for the dumb question but any insight into what I'm doing wrong would be great.
