Documentation for images

In order to customize the colors of the interface, there needs to be an understanding of what each of the interface images does. I'm including a list of images within the theme's image folder.

Could we get definitions for each of the images, including where each image is used in the interface? I've started by defining some of the easier ones. For those of you who have more experience, I'd appreciate your contribution.
