mp3 upload http error

hey

when uploading a 45 mb mp3 it uploads then crunches then says "http error" is this
a. theem issue
b. server issue which is set to accept files smaller than 50 mb so no trouble there
c transfer issue

ive tried all kinds of browsers and still it dosent work

any help is greatly appreciated in advance
