Pre-Sale Question - What's needed?

Hi,

I'm interested in purchasing the Lifestyle theme, but want to make sure what I need to buy in order to make it function. Am I correct in assuming that I need to purchase the Genesis theme as well? If so, is there a package deal for both themes, or do they need to be purchased separately?
