Bug - header.php - meta generator twice

Yo!

I use WP 2.7

This line is generated twice

Code:

<meta name="generator" content="WordPress 2.7" />

First with your own

Code:

<meta name="generator" content="WordPress <?php bloginfo('version'); ?>" />

Second with

Code:

<?php wp_head(); ?>

I would say your own line is too much.
