AgentPress Demo - Out of Box?

Is the AgentPress demo site a good representation of what you get out of the box or do you have to fiddle around with it to get it looking like that? How many other plugins (and which ones) am I going to need to load up on? I'm not a programmer so I want to make sure I don't have to screw it up (which I will) to get it looking and working like the demo site.
