using a different index page than home.php

Hi.

Wondered whether anyone can help please?

If wanted to have the home.php as a tab entitled Blog but have a a product featured page as my home page.

I know already how to make additional pages etc but unsure of what to change so when you type in my url it will be directed to my product featured page rather than home.php?

Is it just a question of changing the code

from:

<div id="navbarleft">
<ul id="nav">
[*]Home....
to
<div id="navbarleft">
<ul id="nav">
[*]Home....
