Adding External Links to TopNav Bar

I wish to add external links to other websites in the top navbar of my website: www.afc1903.co.uk

Where it has the link interactive, I would like to add external links to the drop down menu, so under afc donscast, I would like to add an external link to a site called The Predictor.

Any help in being able to do this would be appreciated.
