Slider in Header

I want a slider in my header. I have used WP-Cycle it seems to do what I want it to do. However, I'm not sure how to write the code. What is happening now is the slider is underneath the header. I want the slider to be in the header on the right hand side so it looks like it is moving underneath the header.
