Default How to Specify Relative URL in PHP Widget

Is there a way to use PHP in a widget (using the PHP Widget plugin of course) so that the pathname of the current site (mysite.com) is automagically inserted instead of being hardcoded like it is below?

Quote:
<ul>
<li><a href="http://mysite.com/getting-started-help/">Getting Started</a>
<li><a href="http://mysite.com/php-widget-help/">PHP Widget Help</a>
<li><a href="http://mysite.com/include-urls-help/">Include URLs Help</a>
<li><a href="http://mysite.com/relative-paths-help/">Relative Paths Help</a>
<li><a href="http://mysite.com/php-for-dummies/">PHP for Dummies</a>
<li><a href="http://mysite.com/wordpress-for-newbies/">Wordpress for Newbies</a>
</ul>
