Create additional links in footer?

Create additional links in footer?

Aside from the default footer links for "Revolution Theme by Brian Gardner" and "Admin", I would like to add footer links for Disclosure, Terms of Use, Privacy, and about 6 other pages.

Should I just go into the footer.php file and hard-code these links in HTML...or is there a better way to add & manage these links within WordPress?

Ideally, I'd like to have my links grouped into columns like the Streamline Theme footer.
