Rev. Sports Menu Tabs

I have created multiple nested pages however, the drop down menus will ONLY display the 1st sub-page but does not display any additional page menus.

Main Page: Services
Sub-page: - Nutritional
Sub-Sub-page: -- Coaching

So it should be: "Services | Nuturitional | Coaching"

But the drop down only shows "Services". And when clicked on that page, the other pages are not available or displayed.

Please advise.
