Help! More tag causing issues!

Help! More tag causing issues!

Everything was working fine, I had 3 properties and the site looked fine. Went to add another and things went screwy. When I add the 4th it works ok until I add the "more" tag to show just the picture and some text. When the tag is added its strips the entire sidebar, takes away the featured property links and puts the first 3 posts on the homepage. Ouch! It only does this when I put in the more tag. If its not there the site works fine but then the whole post shows. How do I fix it.
