Recent Posts Disappear When Activating Widgets

Hi. I'm working with the Steamline Theme... my second blog with RevolutionTwo and I'm having a BLAST!

Anyway, I noticed that when I activate one or more of my sidebar widgets, the 'recent posts' section disappears!

I tried searching for assistance through the forum and couldn't find a related topic.

I would like to have my widgets and recent posts show on my sidebar... is this a possibility and if so, what would I need to do to get this to work.
