Tabber integration into Lifestyle theme

1. I actually prefer the old tabber section in my City theme compared to the featured gallery plugin,
2. I love the 3 deep menu in the Lifestyle theme,
3. I want to EITHER integrate the tabber section into the Lifestyle theme OR integrate the 3 deep menus into the City theme
4. I'm not having much luck doing either
5. I'd love someone to throw me some insight as to how this is done.
