Color change on Blog Post title

I changed the color in the style.css on #content h1 to change the color or the title. I wanted #996600, it is still #333333 I think. When you click on the title it goes to #996600. I have right clicked on this in Firebug and it said it was #content h1. But it's not changing.

Any suggestions?
