Home page "sidebar"

On City, I see that the home page's sidebar on the bottom (categories, blogroll, archives) are not controllable under the widgets.

I want to make my own titles for the links, as in I don't want "blogroll" as a title. Don't want admin at all. Don't see the point of repeating the categories yet again. Etc. I want to do what you could do with a text widget.

How do I deal with this? Thanks.
