How difficult to switch to StudioPress?

How difficult to switch to StudioPress?

I built my site at www.cpgworks.com using a free template. I like what I see with StudioPress and will likely upgrade to it. My question is: what surprises am I in for when I hit the WordPress button to switch themes?
