FCG Working and Not Working!

I'm using the FCG plugin with the Church theme and have it working fine - Alexandra Burke

I'm using the same theme on the same server but it's now NOT working - Petite Clothing

The issue is in the control panel. When I change the settings and save, I get the settings saved message but then the settings disappear?!

Any ideas anyone?
