Wordpress 3.0 - SITE GONE!!!

hi,

Upgraded my site to WP3 and now the entire site has gone to be replaced by

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_rtl() (previously declared in /home/content/06/6285406/html/wp-includes/locale.php:347) in /home/content/06/6285406/html/wp-includes/locale.php on line 349

p.s did backup entire site via FTP to local PC - I hope it's all OK since this was a new site and my first real backup...
