Help with navigation and formating

I was trying to change the header padding (in header right coding) because the navigation tabs were not sitting correctly in the header. I wasn't able to fix the navigation tabs and now when I look at the site in IE the right side margin is gone but when I look at it in Firefox it looks fine (except for the navigation tabs). I obviously screwed something up but don't know where to start to fix it.
