wordpress 3.0

Hi,
I tried to upgrad to wordpress 3.0 and my site has crashed
when I press virginiagrahamsfinanceblog.com I get a fatal error

Fatal error: Call to a member function add_rewrite_tag() on a non-object in /home/virgin20/public_html/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 289

please help
