eCommerce, Shopping Cart

I am building a website that will be utilizing one (1) payment option. I don't know if I need a full blown shopping cart and something simple. We are offering adventures for 30 people 4 times a year. I foresee the most anyone would pay is for 2 adventures.

Are there any recommendations for something very simple that works great?
