Traffic & Revenue Generation

I didn't see any specific topics on this, but was curious what some of the folks here have done with their sites to generate additional traffic (eyeballs) and good conversion into revenue. I haven't done much in the way of PPL, but have had a few Google adsense ads and that's it. I believe having a forum does create a good loyalty base and repeat visitors and I am slowly integrating that in.

Thoughts?
