Paragraph Breaks

Hello,

Sent up a client on Allure -- and when we launched the site worked fine and did reflect paragraph breaks. Now, several months later -- you can't get paragraph breaks to save your life.

What would cause paragraph breaks to now be ignored? Has anyone run into this?
