Meta Tags, Google Web Summary, SEO Optimization

I am looking for the place(s) in my Allure Theme where I can adjust the Meta information for SEO optimization. I want to be able to write the few sentences that will appear on Google and other search engines and target SEO to find certain pages/topics but not others, (like my Contact page).

It seems like there should be an option for this in the Allure Theme somewhere, but I can't seem to find it, or even where all of the "Word Press" pre-existing info. is stored in my Wordpress 3.0 files to change it.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you!
