How to Place Ad in Sidebar as Pictured in Demo

I learned that I can create a Text field using a Widget in the right Side Bar of Allure to place and Ad in Allure. How can I place one like the one pictured in the Allure Theme Demo (The Ad is called "Destination Maternity" as pictured on the Demo example). Is there a way to find out what the Ad's Image Size is as pictured there? How do I place the image in the Text Widget box in the Side Bar, then where do I put the Http: Link to connect to the Advertiser? And then, how can I track if anyone clicks on it to provide feedback to an advertiser?

From the Demo template, it appears that this functionality would be automated as part of this theme, like the top banner ad? Please advise on how to do this. Thank you!!
