Error with Image display

Hi my site is at www.bethechurch.org.au
Have used the Church theme (although noticed it is now a Genesis child theme).

For the last 3 images I have uploaded there seems to be an error which I think is generated here: http://www.bethechurch.org.au/?attachment_id=517

For 2 or the last 3 they still display where I call them - but for the last one (http://www.bethechurch.org.au/wp-con...tuffThumb2.png) it is not even displaying the file.

I have check my CPanel and the image exists on the web server.

I am using this from a post to add a custom field for the "thumb" image.

I also use Smush It and noticed against this image on the media page under the Smush it column it says Could not /home6/bethechu/public_html/wp-content/uploads find /home6/bethechu/public_html/wp-content/uploads

The main issue to solve is that when I add the custom filed for the thumb image - even though it seems to be loaded in the media gallery - it does not display on the website. I have removed it for now - so it doesn't show on the site (currently on the home page under the News & Events category)
