having troubles doing anything!

I am quite familiar with wordpress themes, and many premium themes like Allure. But the strangest things are happening.

For instance, when i add a simple text widget, the title and content boxes won't show up.

I try to add images (chmod is 755) and they don't upload.

I try to add a category and it won't ever show up.

What the heck???? Could this be a server thing? An incompatibility with WP 3.0???

I've never encountered anything like this before...

HELP????
