upgraded, but STILL cannot view tutorials

Hello,
Today is my first day with Studio Press, I just installed the theme onto my site. I followed all of the directions in my start-up email, about joining the forums, agreeing to rules, going to the control panel, entering transaction number to upgrade. However, I STILL cannot view any theme-specific posts or tutorials. I've logged out, I've shut down the internet, logged back on, and still I can't see them. I'm so upset. I don't know how to start customizing my theme without checking out the tutorials. Am I doing something wrong? Has this happened to anyone else?
