No files in Tubular or metric folder????

I wonder if someone can help me, please?
I am able to down load themes but when I install them I get an error message (same for both themes):

Unpacking the package…
Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I have previously purchased the package to download and use ALL themes.
Have I missed something or am I doing something wrong?
