Problem with images on HP and Thumbnails

Hi,

The problem concerns the website http://travailler-en-angleterre.com

Posts images do not appear on the HP (thumbnails and top left, top right and main boxes).
The rights of the folders :
tools: 0705
tools/cache : 0777

I added the custom field such as described on the tutorial.

It seems that images resized by timthumb are not created on the folder tools/cache, and I don't understand why.

When I copy / paste the url of the images generated by Timthumb, I have an error (of course).
