is there a way to tag Pages?

hello, i am thinking its a PHP thingy. :)

Currently, when i tag a page, it doesnt show up in the tag cloud. Nor, when i select a tag in the tag cloud, does the tagged "page" show up in the results list....only the articles with that tag show up in the results.

Soo, is the theme overriding this? And is there a way to allow for tagging pages AND articles which will then show up in the cloud?
