Property Information in Post Doesn't Do Anything?

Question Property Information in Post Doesn't Do Anything?
I add all of the property info, and it doesn't do anything. I keep seeing to choose the "featured property" template instead of the blog post template, but I have no place to choose EITHER.

Here is a screen shot of what I see (all of the menus minimized) .
