word press plugin question

I'm looking for 2 different plugins and could use some advice.

#1 I write a post that I would like to repeat completely every month on a certain day. Is there something I can use to schedule this correctly?

#2 I am writing a series of posts that I would like to have the same introduction text or conclusion text in (eg disclaimer for a tip or trick etc) Is there a way to save a post template?
