Where to download?

Our company purchased the StudioPress Pro Plus All-Theme Package on May 3. As part of that, we're supposed to get access to new themes that are part of the Genesis framework and updates to existing themes. However, we can't find where we're supposed to go to download these without being asked to pay again. For instance, we'd like to try "Agency", but have no way to get to it. Can someone please point us to where members who have already paid and are signed in here are supposed to go to download our themes?
