Want "Comments" on same page as post w/o clickingq

I am using Lifestyle Classic theme and would like to just have all blog comments posted automatically at the end of the post without site visitors having to click on "comments" (which half the time get stuck and don't load anyway). I don't know where coding for this starts and where a plug in would work,

I'd like it to resemble this sites pages for comments

Ideally I'd like every other comment to be slightly shaded too.
If I need to hire someone to do this, what would my request be called?
