Need clear guidlines.

Hi,

I need to be VERY basic now, so that I don't missunderstand anything.
This is what I have done:

1. In the Featured Content Gallery-option written "Featured" at the Category Name.
2. In a post, "add an image" peace_panic.jpg
3. In the "key" written "Featured" and in "Value" the url: http://www.swizzone.se/wp-content/peace_panic.jpg (the picture is at that location on the ftp-server) then clicked on the update-button. Then publishing the post.

I just have "Akismet" and "Breadcrumb Navigation XT " as plugins.
Still I cannot load the picture in the gallery.
