Need To Create A Booking Form That Retains The Result On The Site

I've put a very basic idea of what I am looking for here:

The idea is that each family offers to cook for a day so that others can see when they go to the page.

They also need to be able to enter a figure of how many are staying in their family each night and a total appear on the right.

Any plugins that might do this? Most form based ones are great for emailing and contact but don't allow the result to stay on the page.

Am happy to look at alternative ways of getting the same result.
